INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

Bull Crest retains ownership of the Website and all materials on the Website and Physical Apparel (including text, graphics, logos, design, icons, images, sound and video recordings, pricing, downloads and software) (Website Content) and reserves all rights in any intellectual property rights owned or licensed by it not expressly granted to you. You must not otherwise reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify or publish the Website, Website Content, or Apparel designs without prior written consent from Bull Crest or as permitted by law.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Contact support@thebullcrest.com for customer service during standard business hours Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during the week. If you email Friday afternoon or on the weekends you will receive a response on Monday. 

 

PAYMENTS:

Payments are handled by PayPal. You will be directed to add the items you wish to purchase to an online cart that confirms your purchase at a checkout page. This page will then lead you to PayPal.com to securely complete your purchase. You will receive an email containing the purchase information for your records. PayPal accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT NEEDED. You will also receive and email from PayPal that will confirm your purchase. Any inquiries made about your purchase should be made with the PayPal transaction ID number provided on your PayPal receipt.

 

FULFILLMENT:

All items take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please allow up to 5 full business days for handling before shipping. Our handling time may increase during large sales. Please allow up to 10 business days during major sales before shipping. 

 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS:

We accept returns only and are not able to do straight exchanges. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date of product. Returns are permitted on all unwashed, unworn garments, unaltered or undecorated garments. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed returnable by our Returns Department, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

 

CANCELATION POLICY:

You have 2 hours after your order is placed to cancel your order.  You must email support@thebullcrest.com with “cancel” as the subject line. Please include your order number which is found within your PayPal transaction receipt. 

 

REFUNDS:

Once we receive the merchandise, we will inspect the garments and determine if it is within the parameters of the return policy and are acceptable for credit. Items must be received in perfect condition. If we receive an item that is not in perfect condition we will mail it back to you and we will not be able to process a refund. You will receive your refund via the original payment method. Your card holder determines the speed of your refund to your account. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If the credit is to be applied to your employee allowance, it will be credited back to your allowance the day the credit is issued.

 

SHIPPING OF RETURNS:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless Bull Crest is at fault. If it is our mistake, we will issue you a return label. You must have the item in the mail within 7 days of receiving the label via email or we cannot accept the return.

 

SHIPPING OF ORDERS:

Bull Crest is not responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping times are never guaranteed by Bull Crest especially during the Holiday Season. Each package is shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered, Bull Crest is not responsible for any theft or mis-delivery. If your package is shown delivered but you have not received it, please check with your postal carrier. 

If your package was damaged during shipping please contact support@thebullcrest.com with a photo and we will work on a replacement of file an insurance claim with USPS. 

 

USER CONTENT:

If Buyer or Buyer Team Representative(s) provides photos and/or testimonials to Bull Crest, Buyer authorizes Bull Crest to use such photos and testimonials in the marketing of Bull Crest’s apparel. Bull Crest will ask buyer to submit a release form provided by Bull Crest which will be digitally signed and submitted for use of Bull Crest marketing campaigns. Bull Crest will not use user content without the submission of a release form for advertising of any kind. 

 

PROHIBITED USES:

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
